-Nest-

Knowing it was a bad habit didn't necessarily mean she'd change it Felicia had told him. I never promised, her voice lack remorse. Devoid of any sense of shame as her body was found coiled tightly around glowing trinkets. Gems and sparkly objects that have captured her eye were found piled up to form an impressive mound. If he wasn't annoyed he would've spoken about how this was the first time she looked like a goddess. Ethereal as her dress bellowed out to hide small tokens of gold, pearls, and gems.

I can't help it, she spoke with such a mischievous smile and glittering eyes. She wasn't sorry. Felicia would never apologize for her almost unnatural urge. Ludus figured he should have stopped her when she first grew the urge. A shiny bead in her hand and a dazed raptured look on her face as it glittered brightly in the lights. The dragon has found their treasure.

Truly, he should've seen this coming when she first started hoarding small shiny objects within a box. Felicia could never have a simple passion. Nope. The damn girl and her hyper-fixations. Therefore, it seemed almost inevitable that he'd catch her inside the once perceived empty room. Large gems, stones, and trinkets glittered from the sunlit windows. He was impressed by the soft white glow that seemed to emanate from the copious amount of pearls scattered from roof to floor. You built a foxes den, why can't I have a dragons hoard, her expression seemed to speak. Volumes of untold sentences seemed to pour from her eyes. Definitely another headache. Ludus was extremely annoyed, and the slight throbbing from his temple due to the sight did not help. So, deciding on worrying about his health first he knew what to do. The door clicked shut. Ludus needed another coffee.
